Inside a hive, thousands of bees move their wings in rhythmic unison, creating a warm, circulating current of air.
This air is naturally infused with negative ions, tiny charged particles that research suggests may support respiratory function, mood regulation, and overall well-being. Beekeepers often describe the air near an active hive as vibrant, alive, and surprisingly invigorating.
