Ranch 1117 Seguin, TX

When we realized our hobby was going to produce enough honey to sell, we knew we wanted to honor the place - the land and nature - where the bees reside.  Hence the extraordinary creativity in how we name our honey - after its location.  Ranch 1117 is exactly where  you'd expect to find it - outside of Seguin, past the airstrip, turn right go past the feed store - you get the picture!  We were excited about this apiary because it sits right next to a HUGE Mesquite grove...however, we've learned that doesn't always result in Mesquite honey.  The Spring 2025 harvest had three mesquite blooms, but they didn't produce loads of nectar due to frequent rains.  The honey this year is light with a hint of fruitiness.
